Common questions
What is an MCP connector?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard ChatGPT and Claude use to connect to outside software. A connector lets your users work with your product by chatting with their AI assistant.
Is it safe to let AI change data in my app?
It can be, with the right design. I use opt-in permissions, permission checks on every action, duplicate protection, preview-and-confirm for deletions, and a full audit log.
Do I need to change my existing app?
Usually not much. The AI layer sits on top of your existing logic and permissions, so your app stays the source of truth.
Can you automate tasks inside my business, not just my product?
