These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of applications developed and operated by Saqlain Syed ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our applications.

By accessing or using our applications, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU/EEA), have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, and agree to comply with them in full. Use of our applications on behalf of an organisation constitutes acceptance of these Terms on behalf of that organisation.

Our applications are social and productivity tools that may include features such as content creation, sharing, community interaction, and integrations with third-party social platforms including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. Features may vary by application and may change without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our applications to:

Post, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringes any third-party rights.
Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
Distribute spam, malware, or any harmful code.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from our applications without written permission.
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Violate the terms of any connected third-party platform (e.g., TikTok, Meta).

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share through our applications. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law, without notice.

6. Third-Party Platform Integrations

Our applications may allow you to connect with third-party platforms including TikTok and Facebook (Meta). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's own terms and policies:

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party platforms. Connecting your accounts is optional; you may revoke access at any time through each platform's settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our applications — including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — belong to Saqlain Syed or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of our applications is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saqlain Syed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or profits — arising from your use of or inability to use our applications, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saqlain Syed from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our applications, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our services. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Sections 7, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our applications after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to Saqlain Syed's place of business.
